Thai Chicken Mango Curry

Ingredients
3 cups of Thai Red Curry Sauce4 chicken breasts2 mangos
Directions
Cut chicken into cubes. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink. Peel the mangos and dice. When chicken is cooked add the sauce and simmer for five minutes. Add the mango and simmer five more minutes or until the mangos are heated through. Makes 8 1-cup servings. Serve over Basmati rice...brown basmati rice is really good.
