Fancy Vegan "Meat"balls

Ingredients
1 14 oz package of Gimme Lean Sausage Style10 Back to Nature Stoneground Wheats Crackers1 t each of dried thyme and basil2 t fresh chopped rosemary1 t garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Spritz a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Pound crackers in a bag with a potato masher until crumbled. Add the herbs and garlic and shake around. Squeeze all the sausage into a bowl. Add the contents of the bag and mix together thoroughly. Roll into 28 balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. 4 balls equals one serving. Let the left overs cool completely before storing in the freezer for more deliciousness later.
