Put all vegetables in center of foil. Add butter and salt and pepper. Put porck chops on top and wrap foil up on top as to create a tent so that butter won't seep out too much. My husband and I loved this recipe. The only thing I will change is how long it cooks. Will try pulling it out 10 minutes early. The potatoes and carrots are excellent. Just a very, simple yet delicious dinner. Easy clean up too. - 9/14/13

I used 2 thick cut chops, 2 potatoes and the rest of the measurements the same. The veggies came out delish, but the chops were not tasty or tender. Probably use really thin chops if you make this. - 1/22/11
