Whole Wheat Bread - 2 lb loaf (Bread Machine)

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water (80 degree F)1 1/2 tbsp honey2 tbsp butter4 cups whole wheat flour2 tbsp dry milk2 tbsp brown sugar2 tsp salt2 tsp quick rise dry yeast
Directions
In the bread pan, put in the water and honey on the bottom. Then continue with remaining ingredients except yeast. Make a well in center of ingredients and carefully put yeast in center of the well. Place butter in the corners on top of the flour mixture.

Set bread maker to whole wheat rapid and desired crust color setting.

Makes approximately 16 slices. Serving size 1 slice.
