Bacon fried rice

Ingredients
1 package bacon, cut into small pieces 2 stalks celery, diced1 large carrot, diced1/2 onion, diced5 cups cooked rice
Directions
Stir-fry bacon and vegetables in a wok until bacon is cooked to your liking. Add rice and season with soy sauce. Continue to stir-fry until rice is heated through.

Makes five 1 1/2 c. servings.
