Onion Crusted Baked Fish with Spinach

Ingredients
1 Catfish FiletEgg White2 tbsp of French's French Fried Onions (crushed)2 cups of Spinach1 Lemon
Directions
Pat Filet dry, coat in egg white and roll in french fried onions, salt, pepper to taste. In an oven safe pan place spinach on bottom, lay filet on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve's one.
