4 slices reduced-calorie whole wheat bread3 eggs whites, yolks discarded2 tbsp non-fat milk1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp almond extractCooking Spray
1. Whisk egg whites, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and almond in bowl until well-mixed.
2. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and heat.
3. Dip slices of bread into egg mixture and place in frying pan. Fry until golden brown, then flip. Remove when both sides are golden brown and crispy.
Topping Ideas:
*1/2 sliced banana & 1 tbsp honey - 109 cal/0g fat/29g carb/1g prot
*1/4 cup Cool Whip Free & 3 strawberries (sliced) - 42 cal/0g fat/9g carb/0g prot
