Hashbrowns

Ingredients
1 medium size potato, peeled & shredded1 small size potato, peeled & shredded 1 pat of buttersalt
Directions
Melted butter in fry pan over medium heat. Add shredded potatoes. Sprinkle some salt (usually a dash or 2). Flip once before brown and add a dash of salt to that side. Cook until desired brownness and crunchiness, flip and repeat on other side.

Yield 2 to 3 servings.
