Clementine Cake

Ingredients
about 375 grams whole clementines6 eggs1 cup plus 2T sugar (225 grams)2 1/3 cups ground almonds (250 grams)1 heaping tsp baking powderboil clementines for 2 hours. Drain and cool. Cut in half and discard any seeds. Puree.Beat eggs. Add sugar, almonds, baking powder. Mix well, and add clementines. Pour into 8-inch springform pan (greased pan with parchement in bottom) Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes. Watch carefully for overbrowning. moist cake
