Fast Deviled Chicken

Ingredients
Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Hot Pepper Sauce, 6 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Oregano, ground, 0.5 tbspGarlic powder, 1 tbsp *Onion powder, 1 tbsp *Cumin seed, 0.5 tbsp *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, 0.5 tbsp *Chicken, Trader Joe’s Breast Tenderloins, 6 serving
Directions
In a big pot, put all the ingredients except the broccoli. Mix well. Pour about 1/2 cup of water and cook at medium-hi, until the water has almost evaporated. Shred the chicken tenderloins using a fork (or two) inside the pot. Lower the heat to medium-low. Test for salt; if needed, ad a pinch of salt. Toss in the frozen brocolli. Cover the pot with a lid, and let the broccoli steam in the pot until tender. Serves one if you are on a 1500-2000 cal diet. But it easily can serve two.

This is also great over steamed white rice, or in a pita, or as filling for a wrap.
