Ingredients
* No Name Light Chunk Tuna Can, 1 can (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * Garlic, 2 cloves (remove) * *Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 2 oz (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove) * *Extra Light Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)
Directions
1. boil pasta
2. simmer onion and garlic
3. add chopped green peppers
3. add drained and flaked tuna
4. add a quarter of left over pasta water and simmer for 20 minutes.
