Artichoke with Curry Dip

Ingredients
1 medium artichoke4 tbs. fat free plain yogurt2.5 tsp. mayonnaiseA pinch of garlic saltCurry powder to taste
Directions
Cut off the stem and top of the artichoke; steam until it is tender and the leaves pull off easily.

Mix the mayonnaise (you can sub in light, but I love the fattiness of regular . . . it makes it feel like such a treat!) and fat free yogurt in a small dish. Add a pinch of garlic salt and curry powder to taste. I like to keep adding curry powder until the mixture is pale yellow.

Dip the leaves. Mmmm
