1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts32 oz jar of salsa, divided 1 can fat free refried beans1 cup shredded lowfat cheddar cheese20 6
Cook chicken and dice. Add 2/3 jar of salsa and black beans to chicken and heat through. In each tortills spread 2 TBSP refried beans in center and top with 1/4-1/3 cup of chicken mixture. Wrap tortillas and place in a nonstick baking dish. Top with 1 TBSP of salsa, cheese, and sourcream. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Makes 10 servings of 2 burritos each.
