Healthy Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
5 chicken tenders5 tsp yellow mustard1 tbsp honey1 tsp black pepper1 dash salt1 tsp red pepper1 fl oz lemon juice1 cup panko bread crumbs
Directions
Makes 1 serving.
Preheat oven to 350.
Prepare one baking sheet lined with aluminum foil (for easy clean up) and lightly grease with oil.
Put panko crumbs in medium bowl.
Mix mustard, honey, lemon juice, black pepper, red pepper together in a separate medium bowl.
Dip each tender first into the mustard mix and then into the panko crumbs and arrange on tray.
Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink on the inside.
