Buckwheat buttermilk pancakes

1/3 c. white flour1/3 c. buckwheat flour1/3 c. cornmeal1 Tblsp. sugar1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt1 egg1 cup buttermilk 1 Tblsp. melted butter or oil1 medium banana, mashed
Sift together dry ingredients, stir in wet ingredients until moist. Thin with water or milk if you desire thinner pancakes.
Coat nonstick fry pan with a thin layer of oil or butter. Ladle batter into hot fry pan, cook on one side until bubbles form in batter, flip and cook until golden.
