Barley wheat bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup barley flour3 cups whole wheat flour1 cup water 1 cup 1 % milk1 pack yeast1/4 cup honey2 T oil
Directions
Combine warm water milk yeast and stir . Add warm honey and oil. Add barley flour . Blend Gradually add wheat flour until dough pulls away from bowl. Knead 5 to 7 minutes on floured board. Form into ball place in greased bread pan. Let double in a warm spot. Bake at 375 one hour or until done.

    I like the solidity of the bread - and it's good for me. Will make again. I couldn't find my regular bread pan, so I divided into two smaller loafs and guessed about cooking time. Now (a week later) I have my bread pans. The first time I found the bread a little dense so i will double rise. - 8/13/17
