1-16oz pkg California Style Frozen Vegetables, 1-12oz can Evaporated Milk, 1.5c-1/2% Milk, 1/2c-Water, 16.5oz-Velveeta 2% Cheese (cut into 1/2" squares
Add vegetables, Evaporated Milk, 1/2% Milk, and Water in 2qt or larger sauce pan. Cook over medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes. Add in Velveeta and and stir constantly until all cheese is melted.
