Yum! I used thawed chicken tenders-4; 1/2 c. low fat cream cheese and 1/4 c. shrimp dip. (Sorry I don't have the recipe for the dip.) Chicken tenders were tender and ready to eat in less than 15 minutes! Added cheddar cheese, and served. A delicious, welcome change from other chicken recipes! - 4/2/11
