Italian Sausage-Spinach Soup

Ingredients
2 links Sweet Italian sausage, sliced1 clove garlic, minced3 1/2 c. beef broth4 oz carrots, sliced1 can chopped tomatoes (14.5oz)1 can northern beans (14.5 oz)2 medium zucchini, chopped - med. size2 c fresh spinach, coarsely torn
Directions
Saute sausage and garlic until meat is done, then drain fat very well. Add broth, tomatoes and carrots and cook for 15 minutes. Add northern beans and zucchini and cook for 15 minute. Remove from heat and stir in spinach and let set for 5 minutes to cook spinach.
Makes 6 servings about 1 1/3 c per serving.
