Lowfat Whole Wheat Popovers

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups 1% milk3 eggs1 1/4 cups whole wheat pastry flour1/2 tsp salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray
3. whisk together eggs, then add milk and whisk together.
4. Whisk in the flour and salt until batter is still a little lumpy.
5. Pour into prepared muffin tin - 1/2-2/3 full for each cup.
6. Bake for 30 minutes.
7. As soon as the popovers are out of the oven, prick each one with a toothpick to keep their shape, and then remove from tins immediately.
