My Guacamole

Ingredients
2 Hass avocados1/3 cup minced red onion1/2 cup canned green chiles2 tbls fresh cilantrojuice of one lemon or lime2 garlic cloves minced1/4 tsp of salt2/3 cup chopped tomatoes
Directions
Combin all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Lemon or lime will help tp keep the avocado from turning brown. Also, keeping the seeds and puting them in the guacamole after mixing will help reduce browning.

    Love this recipe because of the extra veggies! I have also added low fat cottage cheese to the mix to up the calcium/protein and to reduce the fat calories. (It stretches the dip,too.) Great! - 2/8/09
