Ingredients
2 slices wheat bread1 jumbo egg1/2 cup milk (calories only include 1/5 cup as the dredging does not soak up all milk)1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. nutmeg1 tsp. vanilla1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
mix milk and egg in shallow bowl
add spices and vanilla

heat skillet with olive oil

dredge bread in egg mixture and add to skillet
flip every few minutes until golden brown and bouncy in the middle

serve with maple syrup
