3 Bean Turkey Chili

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Olive Oil1 pkg extra lean ground turkey1 cup diced onion 2 cloves garlic1 can each(drained): kidney beans, cannellini beans, black beans (or whatever beans you like)2 cans diced tomatoes1 Jar salsa (more or less to taste)1.5 cup frozen corn kernels (or 1 can corn)4 Tbsp dark chili powder2 Tbsp grill seasoning blend (e.g. Montreal steak seasoning)1 Tbsp cumin1/4 cup Barbeque sauce (KC Masterpiece is good for this)
Directions
Brown turkey with olive oil, blot all grease. Add onion and garlic, cook til translucent. Add spices, beans, tomatoes and BBQ sauce. Cook for 10 minutes. Voila! Chili! Top with a little shredded cheese or sour cream if desired. Serve over rice, flax chips or lettuce (my preference).
