Tator Taco Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1/4 cup chopped onion1 envelope of taco seasoning2/3 cups of water1 can (12 ounces), drained, kernel corn1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup (11 ounces)1 package (32 ounces) frozen tator tots
Directions
Cook in a greased (Pam) 13 in x 9 in baking dish. Arrange Tator tots in a single layer over the top. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are crispy and gold brown.

    I used 96% lean hamberger and Chef Meg's Taco seasoning. The tator tots did not get done enough in 35 minutes so I increased the time to 45 minutes. - 5/2/11
