Ingredients
3 whole wheat pita bread1 tbs extra virgin olive oil1 tbs sea salt
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350

Cut the pita bread in half and then cut into triangles. Seperate the triangles so they are thin. Put them in a bowl and add the 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil. Mix so all the pita bread is coated. Lay them flat on cookie sheets and sprinkle with the salt. Into the oven they go for about 10-15 minutes.

    I make these with less salt and add pepper, cumin and fresh parsley and then broil them for 1-2 minutes. A great fast fix to add a little something special to a meal. - 3/16/09
