Turkey Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
1 package Jennie-O extra lean turkey sausage2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms2 cups sliced fresh red/yellow peppers18 egg whites
Directions
Mix turkey sausage, mushrooms, and pepers in a large skillet. Sautee, the turley will cook off enough fat and moisture to sautee the peppers and mushrooms so do not add oil. Turkey is pre-cooked so sautee to desired crisp/softness on vegetables and pour in your egg whites. Stire frequently until eggs are thouroughly cooked. Serve.
