Salmon Patties

Ingredients
2 6oz cans of Skinless, Boneless Pink Salmon2 tbsp chopped chives1/4 cup of Egg Beaters2 slices of Lite (40 cal a slice) Bread Lemon JuiceSeason to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pre heat oven to 350. Ingredients make four patties. Brown in skillet sprayed with PAM. Put in oven for 20 minutes until fully cooked. Yum!
