Chocolate Creme Brule

Ingredients
2 cups fat free half and half3 medium whole eggs1 egg yolk3 TBS fat free creamer (any choice)1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate1 TBS cocoa3/4 cup Splenda2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Mix half and half, eggs and yolk, creamer, cocoa, chocolate and Splenda in a medium sauce pan. Whisk at low heat until chocolate has melted. Approx. 5 minutes. Add vanilla. Remove from heat.

Fill 9 x 13 baking pan half full of water. Fill 5 custard dishes with egg/chocolate mixture.

Place the custard dishes in the water bath and carefully place in the preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes.

Chill for at least 3 hours.
