Easy Egg Salad

Ingredients
-8 large eggs (hardboiled)-8 large egg whites (hardboiled)-1/2 cup of Miracle Whip-2 tsp. yellow mustard
Directions
Hard boil 16 large eggs. Let cool, then peel off shells and take out 8 of the egg yolks. Chop and then mix in Miracle Whip and yellow mustard until completely blended. Serve on bread with lettuce, mustard or whatever you like!

Makes 8 1/2-cup servings.
