Spicy orange veggie wraps

Ingredients
1 large onion chopped2 tbsp olive oil.5 cup water1 tbsp orange zest1 tbsp fresh ginger shredded1 tbsp roasted crushed chillies in oil.5 cup green pepper chopped.5 cup green beans chopped1 cup chinese cabbage shredded1 cup texturized vegetable protein.25 cup orange juice1 tbsp peanut butter1 tbsp teriyaki sauce1 tbsp sesame oilspring roll wrappers
Directions
1. fry onions in olive oil with until translucent.
2. add peanut butter and water. Mix well.
3. add orange zest ginger, chilies and vegatables
4. simmer for 5 min.
5. mix in garlic and teriyaki sauce.
6. simmer for 2 minutes.
7. turn off heat
8. mix in sesame oil and orange juice
9 let cool then wrap in spring roll wrappers (soak wrappers individually in a plate of water 1st)
