McKenna's "BLT" Salad

Ingredients
Salad:1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce1/2 cup chopped tomatoes1 tbsp vegan "bacon" bitsblack pepper to tasteDressing:1 tsp lite mayonnaise (can use vegan or regular mayo)1 tsp cider vinegar1/2 tsp dijon mustard1/4 tsp Splenda
Directions
*Combine salad ingredients in a bowl.

*Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

*Pour dressing over salad and toss well to coat.

*Enjoy with a piece of whole wheat pita bread!

Makes 1 serving. Can easily be multiplied for groups.
