Sunshine Rice

Ingredients
ScallionsOlive OilSaltLemon JuiceBasmati RicePeppers Raisins
Directions
Cook basmati rice with equal part water and 1tbsp margarine. Bring to a rolling boil. Cover and reduce to low heat. Rice is ready when water is absorbed and rice is fluffy.
Toss with olive oil and dash of salt/dash of lemon juice. Add chopped scallions, peppers, raisins and anything else you think would taste great!
