Chocolate Granola & Rice Crispies Bars

.5 C ground/chopped unsalted peanuts2 tbsp seseme seeds3 tbsp ground flax seeds.5 C sunflower seeds - unsalted1 C granola - sweeten with fruit juice1 C rice crispy cereal.5 C low fat spread (margerine).5 C coco powder (unsweetened)23 regular marshmallows
Makes 25 squares to share at coffee time!
Lightly grease 8 X 8 inch square pan.
Ensure the peanuts are chopped or crushed.
Measure into a separate bowl the nuts, seeds and granola. Put rice crispies into a measuring cup.
Melt on low heat spread. Add coco powder and beat smooth. Add marshmallows and continue to stir frequently. Beat until smooth. Remove from heat.
Add nuts, seeds and granola, mix well. Then add rice crispies - mixing quickly.
Spoon out into the square pan and smooth top. Cool and cut into 25 squares. Enjoy.
