Cold Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
Frozen Shrimp, cooked, 4 ozRomaine Lettuce CucumberTomatoes, 1 medium Shallots,1 mediumOlive Oil, 1 1tspBalsamic Vinegar, 3 tbspSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
Just cut all your veggies as you like. Add any veggies you want.

Make sure your shrimps are cooked and thawed out.

Throw all together in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir all until all veggies are covered in oil. Yes you can cover all vegetables with 1 tsp of olive oil if you mix well. Add balsamic vinegar and mix again... and enjoy.
