Lisa's Breakfast Sandwich on A bagel

Ingredients
1/8 cup roasted red peppers1 Tbsp Hot peppers1/2 cup Egg Whites1/8 cup shredded cheddar1 Weight Watchers Bagel
Directions
Whisk Egg Whites, Pour onto a microwave safe plate with a raised edge (so egg won't drip over sides) - I use a small dinner plate. Cook for 2.5 minutes on high in microwave

Meanwhile, toast Bagel

Once eggs are cooked layer Red Peppers, hot Peppers, and Cheddar cheese on top, cook for another 20 -30 seconds to melt cheese.

Fold omelette to fit on Bagel

Can be reheated
