Low-Fat Chicken Rotini Soup

21.3 oz. of Chicken Breast1 can of green enchilada sauce.1 can of 98% fat-free cream of mushroom.1 can of 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup.1 can of cheddar broccoli.4 cups of fat-free chicken broth.6 tsp. (or so) chicken boullion.7 large celery stalks.6 large carrots.1 large onion.10 oz. of whole grain penne pasta.6 cups of water.
cook chicken (as desired)
while chicken is cooking, chop celery, carrots, onion, to desired size.
set chicken aside and boil vegetables in broth, water, and boullion for 1 hour.
add cream soups, enchilada sauce, and chicken and cook for 1 hour.
cook pasta, al dente.
at the end of the second hour add pasta and cook for 15 min.
