Italian Meatloaf

2 large eggs, beaten3/4 cup 1% milk2/3 cups plain fine bread crumbs1/4 finely chopped onion2 Tablespoons snipped fresh parsley or 1 Tablespoon dried parsley1 lbs lean ground beef8 oz Jennie-o Turkey Italian Sausage1/4 cup Ketchup2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar1 teaspoon ground mustard
Makes 8 servings
In medium bowl combine eggs and milk: stin in bread crumbs, onion, parsley. Add ground beef and sausage: mix well. On a jelly roll pan lightly pat mixture into a 8x4 loaf.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 70 minutes. Spoon off fat. In a small bowl mix ketchup, brown sugar and ground mustard, spread over top of meat. Bake for 10 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into 8 slices
