Shake n' Bake Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
1.5 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breast1/2 c. Ragu Organic Traditional Spaghetti Sauce1 can Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic,and Oregano2 T. Kraft Parmesan Cheese1/2 c. Crystal Farms Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese1 Packet Original Shake n' Bake4.5 c. Dreamfields Healthy Carb Living Penne Rigate (dry)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375. Pour can of tomatoes on the bottom of a baking dish. Cover chicken in coating, and place on top of tomatoes. Top chicken with parmesan cheese, then spaghetti sauce. Bake in oven for 33 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil penne until tender.

Top chicken with cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 2 minutes. Serve chicken over penne. ENJOY!
