Ingredients
Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Garlic, 5 cloves (remove)Chili powder, 4 tsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 2 tsp (remove)chicken boulion, 9 tsp (remove)Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 8 cup (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)Beans, black, 8 cup (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 4.5 cup (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips (remove)1/2 c. cilantro
Directions
Cook olive oil garlic and onions until soft. Add 5 cups of water, boulion and tomatoes. Boila nd simmer 10 min. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 10 min.
