175 gram container of plain organic yogurt1 wedge of lemon (or more to taste)1 slice of onion, minced finely2 slices of tomato, chopped into small pieces.5 tsp salt1 tsp pepper
Mince onion finely, and cut tomato into small chunks. Mix all ingredients together, adjust lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Add other spices to complement your meal. Eg. Cumin, chopped cilantro, and lime instead of lemon make a fantastic taco or burrito sauce.
