Ingredients
Crust:See my graham cracker recipe.Filling:2 Cups Sugar Free Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut1 Serving of My Graham Cracker Recipe4 Scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder1 tsp Coconut FlavorMeringue:3 Egg whites1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar,6 tsp Splenda
Directions
Shape ingredients from graham cracker recipe into crust (within a pie pan) and bake until done.

Prepare pudding on store top as directed. Once done stir in coconut, coconut extract, and Whey. Use to fill crust.

Combine meringue ingredients in a large metal bowl and beat with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Use to top pie, bake under broiler until golden. Let cool before serving.
