Kidney Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can Dark Red Kidney Beans1 T. chopped celery1 T. chopped onion1 T. chopped bell pepper1 T. sweet pickle relish1 hard boiled egg2 T. light mayonnaise
Directions
Drain and rinse beans in a colander; place in mixing bowl. Chop celery, onion, bell pepper and hard boiled egg; add to beans. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Makes 4 side servings.
