Honey Lime Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup honey1/2 cup cider vinegar1/4 cup lime juice1/4 cup diced onion1 tsp dry mustard1 tsp salt1 cup canola oil
Directions
Place all ingredients except oil in a food processor and blend until smooth. Slowly add oil until it is well incorporated into the dressing.

If you do not have a food processor, instead of dicing the onion, use a cheese grater and grate the onion into the dressing and then whisk it till smooth.

Makes about forty 1 tablespoon servings. A little goes a long way on salad!
