Tortillini and Chicken Soup

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced2 tsp olive oil2 whole chicken breast cubed1 pkg cheese tprtellini (8.8 oz. dried)1 32 oz can 99% fat free chicken broth1 15 oz can 99% fat free chicken broth1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes1 pkg fresh baby spinach1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Directions
Saute garlic in olive oil in soup pot or dutch oven until golden and fragrant. Add chicken broth and chicken. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat 5 minutes. Add tortillini and cook per package directions. Add tomatoes, spinach and nasil and cook over medium until spinach is wilted. Makes 8 1-1/4 cup servings
