Finger Food Apple Pies

Ingredients
1 small firm apple1t. corn starch1/2t cinnamon1T splenda4 wonton wrappers (3.5inX3.5in)muffin tin
Directions
Mix corn starch, cinnamon, and splenda with about 1T of cold water.

Core and chop the apple. Toss this in the above mixture.

Mold wontons to the muffin tin. Fill each with apples and evely top off with the starch and spice liquid.

Bake at 400 for 15min.

I got 44 wrappers for $1.69+tax at my local Chinese market.
Store remaining wontons in an airtight container, or they'll dry out.
