1 lb. lean ground turkey1 C. frozen peas1/2 C. diced onion1/4 C. diced carrot1/4 C. diced celeryheaping 1/4 C. fat free sour cream2 tsp worcestershire sauce1 Tbl. paprika2 tsp. dijon mustard10 oz. dry whole wheat penne
makes about 6, 1 cup servings.
saute carrot, celery and onions just until translucent. Add ground turkey and cook through. Meanwhile, cooked penne until al dente, drain.
When meat is cooked, add sour cream, mustard,paprika,worcestershire sauce and peas. Toss in pasta and serve. ENJOY!
