Ingredients
3-4 c fresh cauliflower1 can cut green beans1 sm. can sliced olives1 can cream of mushroom soup, low-fat0.5 chicken breast, boiled (could use canned tuna)1 c. reduced fat shredded cheddar cheesesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients in an oven-safe cassarole dish. Pop in oven, covered, at 350* for 20-25 min or until hot an bubbly!
