Low sodium spaghetti

Ingredients
1 lb. extra lean ground beef2 16oz. can's tomato sauce ( no salt)1 small chopped onion3 tbsp garlic1 tbsp oregano2 tsp basil1 tsp red pepper flake1 small can green chiles2 cups pasta of your choice
Directions
In a large skillet brown lean beef with garlic and chopped onion. Add tomato sauce and spices and a cup of water. Cook till spices are blended
