Muffins - Very Simple Chocolate Chip Muffins (low fat)

Ingredients
1.5c whole wheat flour0.5c sugar1tsp salt2tsp baking powder3/4c. soy milk (silk light)2tbsp canola oil3tbsp applesauce (unsweetened)125g chocolate chips
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients. Add in wet ingredients and stir until just mixed. Cook at 400F for 13minutes.

Makes 24 generous mini-muffins (about 8-10 regular sized).
