Dark Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
3 cups flour2 cups sugar1 cup vegetable oil2 eggs1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa1 tsp. salt2 tsps soda1 cup sour milk1 cup boiling water
Directions
i actually dump everything in the bowl, except boiling water, and mix it for about three minutes, then add the boiling water, mixing while adding. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
This is a large cake, I use a lasagna size glass cake pan. This cake is moist..
I use cream cheese frosting.
